Paula Blue
Owner/ Vice President
Paula is Lynn’s partner in family and business. She is the active champion for diversity and inclusion for the LPI organization.
Tony Baker
Director of Operations
Tony comes to LPI with over 30 years of leadership experience within the construction and manufacturing industries. This includes an extensive background in Lean Manufacturing. Tony is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s growth and operational plans.
John Miller
Engineering / Quality Manager
John’s 26 years of development within the engineering department has made him an expert in coded pressure vessels. As the Engineering / Quality Manager he works closely with the customers on new designs, quotes, and quality standards. John leads our team to ensure the highest quality products get to the customers.
Darrin Harpenau
Sales Manager
Darrin’s 25 years of development have provided exposure in many different departments. Darrin leads our team in growing the brand while building customer relationships. Darrin is the liaison from the customer to manufacturing and engineering to meet our customer needs.
Nina Stephens
Human Resources Manager
Nina comes to LPI with a background in Human Resources, Customer Service, And Medical Training. Combining her skills with her community involvement makes her an excellent individual for recruiting and driving employee morale.
Ryan Blue
Purchasing / Maintenance Manager
Ryan is a 3rd generation family member at LPI. Ryan’s 29 years of development within the company make him an asset to the company. He’s responsible for the successful purchasing strategy of the organization. The procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies is a competitive advantage for LPI.
Bryan Haehl
Master Scheduler
Bryan’s 28 years of development started on the production floor as a welder. His succession plan transitioned his trade skills into a variety of leadership positions in quality, manufacturing, and production. He is responsible for driving the production schedule and ensuring we have the proper workforce necessary to meet our schedule.

Tom’s 6 years of development have provided him with the managerial skills to promote a positive and productive work environment. Tom’s 30 years of experience in pressure vessel manufacturing has provided him with the ability to work closely with engineering to resolve customer issues while improving productivity.
